I think the first thing Kaskari will do is 'appropriate' $20-25M to his own personal bank account, possibly a Swiss account.
think about it: $25M of $700B is a drop in the bucket.Who would notice?How would he get caught?The average American doesnt even care.
he would probably rationalise it as a 'fee' for helping and doing whats right for his country.Plus all those 'favors' he's done for Paulson and Paulsons wife.He needs to get paid for that stuff too doesnt he?

Market is blackmailing with 300 pts down day everyday until Benny starts to cut rates.
I think one way to get this Market to rally is to repeal the Bailout and divide that $700B among the working class citizens of this country.
that alone would start a tremendous rally and we would see SPX 1500 in no time, on the way to 1750.
