The US CEO's don't have the integrity. Greed has overtaken common sense.

Based on how bonuses are handed out on Wall Street I suggest that bonuses should come by way of stock options and not stock shares. The Options would be priced at the average of the top 30 trade days over the course of that previous year. If you want to make money you have to do BETTER for shareholders year over year.

Can I assume you would include a clause to prevent repricing of options?
