So if you still have an IL DL, then are you still a resident of IL?
You don't need aN IL DL to register a car here?
Do you still have to pay state income tax? Doesn't that get in the way of your tax exemption in the USVI? Obvously it doesn't or you wouldn't have one, just wondering how that works.
