still in Freeport ? I have a question regarding the population: are there many Americans living in Freeport besides a few super wealthy? I heard the locals speak some incomprehensible English.

There are more Canadian and British; all together a large expat group. I have not had any trouble understanding people.

What about shopping? Do you have most of the things you find in the US? Are there US chain stores there, what are grocery stores like? Computer supplies? Bookstores like B&N? Is there some open space inland to ride a motorcycle? What 's the cost of owning a vehicule (import or local, local taxes, gas prices)?
