Bad quotes everywhere today

I've been having frozen quotes on IB today and yesterday. Bids higher than asks. Is this the same as you aer seeing?

The dow computers messed up, causing the huge drop at the end.

they got backed up on extra high volume.

Penny-priced options should definitely be on their way out. Too much data in the options systems.

Yeah , well , Im not impressed. I note the dow is still at that pitiful level , so even if there was a glitch, it does not 'explain' the selling.,

The selling is real.

There's no doubt the selling was real, but there were some weird data issues all day.

Here's Radioshack. Look at those 15min candles in the morning. $1.20 moves for an hour? LOL ....thats why I sat on the sidelines after one small loss. Maybe a pussy move, but I feel pretty good about it.
