Bad ESignal Quotes

I use eSignal and am seeing it too. Nobody posted a problem on it to their message board yet, though.
 
I noticed that too, it looked like sales on the bid were printed 2 handles lower than they should have been on the time and sales for the ES. It was a much larger difference in NQ..
 
Jay, I think this is a different issue than what we are experiencing. We had just seen some bad ticks on ES and NQ for about 10 minutes starting at 12:55 CST.

I've followed the directions on the esignal site. still,however, i am unable to lose those errant ticks on my charts.

from reading your esignal post, i understand that i should hold the control key whilst clicking on the 'ok' bar on the chart itself, or the 'ok' on the lower right of the esignal window itself?
