More FREE MONEY! Woo hoo! I'm gonna rent a U-Haul, drive out to DC and ask my congress critters to fill it up with cash for me. High time I put both trotters in the trough like most of the rest of the country.
There are worse things our gov't could spend money on. Secondly, I hardly expect our gov't to kick a man when he is down (granted, people only have themselves to blame but oth these people had the benefit of the same gov't public education.)
