To those of you wondering abt IB cust svc, I actually had to call IB cust svc yesterday because I was't sure about the status of a stop that I cancelled.

Anyway they answered within 15 secs and they looked up some time and sales info and cleared up that status of that order. They seemed nice enough on the phone. The call was what you'd except.
