But lately, it does seem even some of those americans are done with obama's policies... his approval ratings are in the 30's with some polls and people in the party are calling him poisonous for their chance of re-election.

as an economist in college I came to believe most act to maximize their own interest.
and it is with that understanding you can see why big govt with politicians promising free ice create is a disaster for the long term well being of the people in general and tax payers in the short run.
