France was great because they seemed to let their neighbors do whatever they wanted to do. You want to jump off a cliff - go for it. You want to be president and cheat on your wife cool.

California seemed to be that way too.

Unfortunately the left has been ruining the state in order to gain votes. Giving away shit in order to gain votes just forces you into bankruptcy.

Soon Californians will begin to wonder if we should be spending so much on programs. Perhaps Cal will get back to is libertarian roots.

Like Villarigosa, the legislature, the Mexicans, Blacks, etc. are going to leave the Democrat reservation...... Santa Barbara, yessssss!! Life is worth living and who cares about the rest of the state, Big Sur, for sure, and lots of other places, you just have to go where being libertarian is workable that's all........

According to a 2002 OECD report, the disposable income of the average production worker was 73.2% of gross pay, and 79% of gross pay for a single-earner married couple with two children.

Doesn't sound that high to me.

Anyhow, Monaco and Switzerland are the places to be for extremely low or no taxes at all. Unfortunately, U.S. citizens pays taxes on income without regard to what country you reside in. I believe it's the only country that does that.
