when a premature baby comes out of a women's vagina is that baby not a human being?
even when someone kills a baby in a partial birth abortion or an abortion are you saying that a human being's life was not terminated?

I never heard anyone argue the offspring of 2 human beings is not a human being... is that what you are arguing.
