Then came the bad news for Danger's customers -- it had lost all of their data, including personal items like pictures. States a T-Mobile message to subscribers, "Regrettably, based on Microsoft/Dangerâs latest recovery assessment of their systems, we must now inform you that personal information stored on your device â such as contacts, calendar entries, to-do lists or photos â that is no longer on your Sidekick almost certainly has been lost as a result of a server failure at Microsoft/Danger."
