average % of daily range for S&P 500 futures contract

Guys,



Let's say you make 3 points when the range
for the S&P is 15 points during regular tra-
ding hours.
You achieve 3/15 = 20 % of the range.

What's the average % you guys can achieve ?
What's good, what's exceptional ?

Someone told me that 12 % is PRO and
15 % is exceptional.

Anyone doing this ?
