Automating IB

I have an automation working at TS. I also have an account at IB, where the commissions are better. I would like to automate the IB account.

It looks like there are several ways to go about automating an account to trade equities at IB. I need to choose one. Any suggestions or advice would certainly be appreciated before I commit to one of them.

Here are some questions.

1. Do you know how to program like in C++, VBscript, Java?

2. How complicated are your trading strategies?

Click Application Program Interface
There is most the information you need to use the interfaces. You will need to install the API Software and enable it from within TWS.
