automatic quoter for ICE and Nymex

at this moment I use Trading Technologies for autoquoting but it is not possible to trade nymex from this platform. Which front end is able to autoquote on Nymex and on ICE (Intercontinetal exchange - IPE).

I would have called it auto-ordering, but I understand it now (although I'm interested to know where the Bid and Ask prices that are auto-send are generated from).

IB has trading-access to Nymex and IPE but doesn't have auto-ordering.
