Automated Trading Championship 2010

MetaQuotes Software Corp. is happy to announce the beginning of registration for the Automated Trading Championship 2010, starting on June 1st 2010! Starting from this day and until September 22nd 2010, anyone who wished to participate can register for the Championship. Participation in the Championship is free of charge.

Expert Advisors, which fully satisfy the Rules of the Championship, will be allowed to enter the competition. We remind you that the Championship is held only for MQL5-experts. In comparison to prior Championship, the registration period this year has been lengthened. Stanislav Starikov, a member of the Championship's jury, commented this in the following manner:

"Because in this year's Championship we will use a new developing environment MQL5, we decided to lengthen the registration period by 1 month. We hope that this time will be sufficient for developers to prepare their systems for participation in the Championship."

On the website of the Automated Trading Championship 2010, an article One Month of Registration of Automated Trading Championship 2010 has been published.

"A month has passed since the beginning of registration of the Automated Trading Championship 2010 participants. During this period, we received about 400 applications. Nearly the same number of applications was received for the first month of registration in 2006, when the first Automated Trading Championship was held. Such a small number of applications is due to the use of a new development environment: in 2006 the Championship was the first competition for the developers of trading systems in MQL4; now the ATC 2010 is a pioneer in the competitive development of trading systems in MQL5.

Rashid Umarov, a specialist of MetaQuotes Software Corp., believes that the total number of applicants will finally exceed 3000, while more than 500 users will participate in the Championship. Such was the experience of past competitions."
