auto strategy Ninja trader API to TWS - sync strategy vs account position

I run strategies from Ninja trader API to TWS of IB, trading stocks

Strategy is enabled and have these

A open position

Stop order

Target order

TWS shuts down every night and fully shutdown on Saturday for maintenance, and I shut down Ninja in weekend, so

strategy is disabled on Friday
strategy is enabled on Monday before 830am

need to get back the open position and the stop/target order, as they were before

reading Ninja help and support forum, tried
Immediately place Live orders and sync account position= True

Big mess here, for 2 positions, acted differently and need to show you those
any solution is really appreciated
