Can one automate an entry 1 tick above/below a just finished printing range bar?
It would have to be a semi-auto
(semi-auto..haha-bad joke!)
...I'd need to hit a key (button?) to send the Limit OCO/Bracket Order, and I suppose there'd have to be 2 keys, one for Short and one for Long.

yes you can do this
 
easiest is find a programmer to do it for you. but that is a challenge in itself. doing it yourself will be difficult.

I was thinking HOT KEYs..but wasn't sure if they'd do Limit orders.
