Auto Launch is a nuisance

On this page http://elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?threadid=276227 there's something that auto-launches and it's a nuisance because if you try to play a video, you have two things going at once. As to what it is that launched, I can't find it.

Anyway to disallow this attribute?

I use chrome and had problems with multiple flash players starting up on web pages as soon as they loaded. I installed "Flash Control" add on and now nothing starts playing without my permission.
