Auto bailout bullish news?

If auto industry is bailed out by white house, will it be bullish? Rememeber the sale off after 700 B TARP announcement. Won't it will be "sell the news"?

Longer term it would be very bullish if GM could go bk and toss the union contracts out. I can't imagine them trying to compete with that albatross around their neck.......
