August earnings restatements ???

There is talk of some big earnings restatements to come, as CEO's will now be held personally and legally responsible for earnings games.

I heard the CFO of Cisco is being forced out or quitting after refusing to sign off on the financials. He doesn't want to go to jail apparently.
