Audio problems

Hi

Looking for some tech assistance-------a few days ago I lost sound for all video-----youtube, espn, Netflix etc

I've run virus scans, uninstall/re-install flashplayer

I had made no changes/downloads prior to the problem although my kids do use the system for some games and not really sure what they may have downloaded.

Win. media player works fine, I can listen to music---no problem with sound for all other applications

I'm kinda baffled...

Any suggestions??

So all sound works fine, except in your internet browser window? Which browser are you using?

See if you can install an older version of Flashplayer.
