Audio Plug Ins

I know the subject has been touched before, but I cannot find any answers to my particular question. I'm using Ninja/ZenFire and was wondering if it was possible to create an audio plug-in for the T&S window on that particular application (or any other app. for that matter). More specifically, pitch increasing or decreasing with price, and sound level increasing or decreasing with volume.

it should be possible I had it done for metatrader, up tics and down tics. With voice chiming in..'price is up'...'price is down'..late at night you can close your eyes..

That is encouraging. So can anyone point me in the right direction on how to get this done. I must admit, I am a little behind the 8 ball when it comes to software solutions. Thanks for the reply.
