Auction record set, $179.4 million for Picasso, whew, Bubblicious Bubble

I forgot to mention, I also have a 45rpm (on reprise I think it was) that a friend brought me back from England after a summer vacation with his parents of "All Along the Watchtower.

the first time I heard it I said, "Who is this guy?"

I don't know what ever happened to the band, but I think the lead singer went on to become quite famous.

Car Collectors have seen the best appreciation out of all collection items. They are in a super bubble if we go with this logic...

This is ridiculous. The UHNW's who purchase this type of art, do so regardless of QE--- if the markets crashed with no QE, the short sellers would be buying the art. Please study real economics before you comment and not some type of socialist agenda material. surf

They would still be buying just at a lower value. I agree with S20000007

what do you think will happen to all those beautiful vintage cars I see on tv when they film cuba?

You should see some of the houses...incredible construction, victorian homes all pretty much crumbled on the outside. Some are 5000- 7000 sq feet...old never been updatd, but made strong.
