Dude. McClendon's last quote was that he was innocent ans planned to fight the charges and clear his name. Let's take this step by step now , so you can follow. McClendon played a key and leading role in the establishment of the shale industry in the US. Much of what he did wasn't totally above-board, typical of derivative and follow-on industries. The economic viability of fracking doesn't work when oil falls below a certain price, so it's not a ROBUST method of extraction. Yet, since we are near the end game of the current financial paradigm and blowing bubbles every chance we get since '99, fracking was being used to prop up valuations and future cash flow expectations. To so this McClendon and Co had to ignore alot of fiduciary duty type considerations. So when oil comes down and the frackimg aub industry begins to unravel, he is the most likely scapegoat. But he SAID he wasn't going down without a fight, on a CONSPIRACY charge. Now, WHO do you think this BILLIONAIRE was conspiring with to make all this shit happen? His f'ing roughnecks and wellhead operators? No. Other powerful people, many more powerful than him. Look at the goddamned PE money that was backing him. About $15billion on paper on the aurface for STARTERS. And that's REAL money investment, not valuation or collateralized credit. Who's backing that money? Oh look. A Raymond. Son of former Exxon CEO Lee Raymond. Exxon Mobil aka former Standard Oil aka British East India Company aka the Establishment. The oil game is as close as it gets to the source of global events. Oil, arms and banking.

Now you can reas every local paper on Earth, and then some. You can also go back and look at almost everything that was written down and recorded throughout mosern history. The internet is a disruptive technology and it is currently disrupting the Status Quo monopoly control over the freedom of the common man.

Yes I do happen to know a lot about physics and you appear to know very little, which didn't stop you from pontificating on how your knowledge of physics allows you to understand the TRUTH about 9/11 while I'm somehow a fool. I also happen to know a lot about politics, finance, engineering, and how the government really works, all from first hand experience (Yes, I was a military officer at one point, so clearly part of the evil government, that's why I know they're on their way for you). You clearly know very little and what little you know comes from an echo chamber of paranoid individuals who run sketch blogs rather than any first hand experience of any kind. Look in a mirror, you almost exactly described yourself above.
I don't need good luck, I'm pretty successful on my own. And never worried about anyone out to get me, so also very happy with life. I'm pointing out that warfare has obviously advanced in many ways since the 1940's, but you will have no clue where it has gotten to because it's all need to know basis and YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW. You just gave yourself away. You "can fly a plane into a highrise everytime"???? Only if the coordinates have been programmed into the flight plan beforehand. As one grizzled veteran commercial pilot told me "Manually flying a jumbo jet into a skyscraper at 600mph is not possible without computer or wire guidance. Especially if the target wasn't part of the original flight plan." This has been repeated to me in one form or another many times by pilots. It can be easily verified with a little research. Besides that, the vertical and horizontal tails on the plane would have fallen off when the plane entered the steel-framed concrete building. They can't penetrate concrete. The actual truth is that the entire fooking plane should have telescoped but we won't go there.
