Very frustrating as no data on both TWS and web portal. Now cant even login with IKBR mobile. Was waiting for phone support for over an hour and when connected I was told this is a known issue and no eta to fix. Now the trading day has almost ended and I still cant trade!
Whats the point of parking all my funds on a trading platform if I cant trade? There are no issues with saxo ...etc that offers same range of products.
