Yes, that is what those who cannot accept defeat would say. If the evidence were of equal credibility but pointed to what the birthers were hoping for, then they would jump on it and deem it to be incontrovertible.
The typical birther/truther/climate change denier/evolution denier modus operandi: The evidence is never enough if it doesn't support your conclusion; the evidence is always enough if it does support your conclusion.

only you can't find a list of scientists who actually state man made co2 causes warming. (not poltical bodies but scientists.) The reality is there is no peer reviewed science showing man made co2 causes warming. Let us not substitute political beliefs for science. Produce the science. Hint... if you had any, that person would have a nobel prize and be a household name. I am not asking for graphs of warming... or lab experiments showing co2 can trap heat... I am talking proof that man made co2 causes warming. You wont find it because co2 trails warming and cooling in the data.
2. There is no science showing non life evolved into life here on earth... that is what scientists are working on today. they are still seeking a complete plausible pathway from non life to life.
3. When given the opportunity to present his evidence of Birth in a Georgia Court... Obama defaulted. Hence we have no court adjudicated evidence of birth. So we really don't know where Obama was born. I am not saying his b.c. is false. I am saying he has not vouched for a B.C. under penalty of perjury. That is interesting given the fact his dad was not from America and his mom traveled.
4. So really the left feeds out a bunch of unsubstantiated shit... and pretends that you have to believe its real.

It would seem that the four discrepancies this lawyer presented could be proved or disproved fairly easily. All I am hearing is ad hominem though.
Of course, the democrats will just ignore them. They intimidated the republicans from pursuing it in the two previous elections, and the media are certainly not interested. It's not like whether the president is even eligible under the Constitution to serve is as significant or relevant as whether or not Mitt Romney once put his dog on top of the car.
It's not about defeat, dopey. It's just a statement that - no matter what the issue - the government will conceal stuff that is harmful to it. That's all. Nothing that is harmful to those in power ever is presented willingly.
