Except, one can not necessarily conclude that Hillary has not paid any price for all of the atmospherics around her criminal and other misbehavior. It was a major factor in voters being sour on her. It was the dems and independents who also asked how many times they want to buy a bridge to nowhere by supporting her again.

No. With evidence in an Obama/Holder/Loretta/Comey regime there is no trial for the evidence to be presented. No problem with the evidence. Not sure everything is as favorable for Hillary with the regime change although Sessions is being dildo. But the House appoints a special prosecutor then that will change overnight.
