Trendline broken so you took profits as per instructions. Done deal. LONG Trade completed successfully. If you decided to go short after the trendline break, you could watch for reentry Long on the 5-min. timeframe. If the down move turns out to be huge, well then you're on the right track because even the 5-min will honor TREND MECHANICS.

See what I mean? Huge Futures before the market open, everyone hugely bullish, but the Vix foretold at least a warning. We'll see after the session how good this warning actually was.
