$10 hit to my short and out. -0.20% against performance to date. htf do they miss like this and rally >$20 AH? Looking at unch on the time spread tomorrow.

I've watched AMZN the last few earnings - this is the 3rd straight time it dropped $15-20 on the initial reaction, and then it always rallied back.

AMZN is an irrational stock.

I was long gamma but cut it yesterday (which may or may not have been good given my inconsistent hedging).

We had the benefit of conditional prob knowing that they missed in a Holiday environment where they should've hit it out of the park. No way this thing stays above 280 by week's end. Talking my book, but there will be saner heads that prevail here.
 
I will be all over this thing tomorrow if we're above $285. Short of the year. Clowns buying in anticipation of Bezos CC. 284.6x last. Unfortunately it will drop after the CC and I will miss the opportunity to move size tomorrow.
