you mean multiply say the 105 straddle delta of .129 by one hundred.. that gives me 12.9 shares long.. thats not my question.. how does one figure out how many deltas could be required to be accumulated.. such that you know what your total monetary requirement might be.. basically theoretically how much is the highest amount of deltas i might have to own to hedge the position.. whats that formula.. and its discrete hedging... so wheres the idea about frequency..

the google f&*kwads probably won't open the stock today, these guys obviously never sat thru a drawdown in their life. :mad:

ATHN puts are exploding, the 70 strike is up almost 300% in the last hour. CMG is getting massively bid as well, vol for the ATM strad is approx 212. I may just sell mine here, not an vol play but have been in since 172 and this is real juicy.
