ATTENTION: Ever affected by PDT Rule please contact me to join lawsuit and petition FINRA

Sorry if it's hard to believe that you're an attorney when you aren't even capable of reading my last post where I clearly answered your question in some detail. And on the reading thing, for the third time what legal grounds do you have for this suit? As best we can tell from your posts here you are only capable of ad hominem attacks, so combined with your inability to answer that clear question it's clear you don't actually have any grounds. Oh, let me guess, it's top secret? I wouldn't understand? Any other good excuses for actually discussing the matter at hand rather than engaging on ranting personal attacks?

How about we engage in a little wager, I donate $25,000 to the charity of your choice if your choice (so they can get around the PDT rule!) if you file a suit in the next year and it isn't dismissed. You donate $25,000 to a charity of my choice if you don't file a suit in the next year that isn't dismissed. Time to put up or shut up tough guy.
What happened to the ever bombastic @iceman1, could it be that he really did realize he needed to shut up when he couldn't put up? Is he going to go on another 2 year hiatus from ET and come back to start hurling insults in 2022? Is he too busy with divorce and DUI cases to grace us with his presence, or is he still studying for the bar after graduating from the Nashville YMCA Night Law School (that was a real thing, believe it or not)? The suspense is killing me!

The reason for the PDT rules was because of lawyers such as yourself who would sue brokerages for letting “ inexperienced” investors engage in day trading.
