Attain Capital managers

They list a bunch of programs/FX traders with absolutely incredible numbers (those are usually not NFA registered and offshore, may be established in the Caribbean).

Has anyone had experience with Attain and those programs ?
How come all these unregistered managers are doing way better than the NFA registered managers ?
