I am suggesting you at least understand what it is you are really questioning, then you won't be confusing what are the Laws of Physics, with what you would wrongly have gravity, evolution and a universe from nothing as ...... "just a THEORY".

Gravity being a fact and a scientific theory , and - a universe from nothing - being the subject of theoretical physics, is quite a separate matter from the Laws of Physics allowing for both of them, which they do.
