Are you nuts? Could I get a job in a major university if I didn't believe and espouse Evolution and the idea that earth is older than a few thousand years?

If you can discredit evolution, why don't you put it down in a book and become a multimillionaire? There must be huge bucks waiting for the guy who can do that.

Claiming something is so and actually providing evidence to support the claim are two different things. This is why arraignments (accusations) and trials (convictions/acquittals) are two separate things in courts of law.
