Ok, that is true. But a lot of others did not. And it wasn't "a lot of people's" plan. It was Obama's.
Saying you are sheltered from the economic impacts of the US Economy because you are a well-off liberal is not an insult. It's a fact. You are what they call a limo lib...there's nothing insulting there, it just shows you are isolated from the impact. You can preach how good things are from the safety of the cheap seats. Other people take note of how bad things are - from both sides of the aisle.
