At What Point Does America Stop Sending Money To Ukraine?

I think you have it the wrong way around.
The west are intending on bleeding russia.
The west is far larger, more organised and will overwhelm.

Most likely;
Pres R Reagan did it with Star Wars[SDI] . Afghan Freedom fighters did it also against evil empire as Pres R Reagan named them.......................................................

No, deep down you have a bias, "biden sucks".
Where biden is smarter than putin or trump, he works with allies, consults, works as a team.

Dude, you are the one with the bias. Biden is smarter than putin or trump, LOLOL, the dude literally has to be given note cards telling him what to do, his brain is fucking mush. But you are too biased to see it or admit it. And you just used a technique straight from the Democratic play book, accuse others of what you yourself are guilty of. Take your bias the fuck off this thread LOL.

Ukraine shouldn't have ever needed to give in to Russia. If you want to use the analogy of trading, Ukraine is not losing money due to trading; it's losing money because Russia took money from Ukraine like an unscrupulous broker from its clients.
Pretty much a thinly-veiled political comment, and an uninformed one at that. You're ignoring the U.S. led coup in Ukraine in 2014, Ukraine's war against civilians at Donbass, the fact that Russia was in the same situation the U.S. would be in if Mexico were a clear Chinese or Russian ally, etc. And it can pretty easily be argued the U.S. did things in the Middle East that were just as bad as what Russia is doing...and that was halfway around the world, not at our border. This article was written 1 year before the conflict started, BTW. It's from a pretty far left site that I'd disagree with on many issues, but they call out some things the MSM refuses to report.

USA has abundance of weapons, whatever we sending has been discarded few years ago. Best to get rid of them and look good to our Allies. It's nice not to be receiving body bags with our son's and daughters' remains in them.

Of course we left a ton of them in Afghanistan, a national disgrace that didn't get nearly the airtime it should have.

Remember, the Democrats strategically released their federal COVID vaccine requirement shortly after Afghanistan collapsed on mush-brain Biden's watch to cause controversy and shift attention away from Biden's failures, which is exactly why it didn't get nearly the airtime it should have. The saddest part is that the trick worked like a charm, most people are so stupid they just instantly forgot all about the Afgan disaster.

This is a valid economic question.

Reagan spent the former Soviet Union into the ground via the arms race, and ultimately that was one of the major factors leading to its collapse.

What if that is Putin's long game(?); because it's becoming very apparent this war could, and more than likely will, drag on for years.

Think about it, it makes perfect sense. Putin can (will) continue to send human cannon fodder and junk equipment there for years. It makes sense. For one he's a war criminal so he might as well drag this out until the day he dies, and two, he doesn't care about the loss of his own conscripts. It's about Mother Russia. I'm sure in his mind it's a justifiable sacrifice for the annals of history to record. He will do just enough to keep NATO at bay, while at the same time draining their (OUR) coffers as Zelensky pleads for more and more armament and aid--- month after month after month.

At some point, the American people are going to say "enough". We're sick of sending money down a black hole when we can't even spend money to harden our elementary schools, that, and 2 dozen other things right here at home that need dire attention. This moment may not be now, but mark my word, its day will come. And with all that, on top of the money, more division amongst ourselves.

Putin is in a win win. He is. Either Zelensky sues for peace and Putin gets the parts of Ukraine he wants, or Putin just sits back and watches as the years go by and he slowly bleeds the U.S. and the EU dry. The economic effects of that are yet to be determined, but in no way will they be good.

I am not being political or anything else here, I am merely pointing out that this is where it's going.

It's one big geopolitical and economic game of chess, and even though no one can see it yet, Putin is running the board. He can exercise patience in this matter until the day he dies. But ya know who the real winner will be? China because they too can be patient and they'll be around a lot longer than Putin.

On an inflationary basis alone, that $54 billion the US has lavished on Ukraine with most of it US weapons will cause massive inflation in the US since, the arms manufacturers are in the US. Joe Biden's war on US oil is also, keeping oil prices high. Sure, they cut of Russian oil but, not really. India has been buying Russian oil at a huge discount then, selling it to Europe at full market price. Sure, stopped the Russians from earning monies off oil? At some point, the US will pay that high price. The BRICs countries, Russia, China, India, Brazil and South Africa now discussing removing the US dollar as the reserve currency for their economic bloc. Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, UAE all expressed interest in joining BRICs as well. Think of this as reverse sanctions on the US and Europe coming soon.

Ukraine: Ukraine had anti-governmental protests in 2014 if that's what you are referring to. That's hardly a coup. Russia actually invaded Ukraine in 2014 if you are able to look at things for what they are.

Middle East: Iraq invaded other Middle-Eastern countries like Kuwait first and various other Middle Eastern countries INVITED US to intervene and that's how US got involved with the first golf war. In the second golf war, I strongly suggest you read the book "Backstabbing for Beginners", it provides a lot of insight as to the reason why the US had to engage in the second golf war. Totally not the same as what Russia is doing now.

And the location of where the conflict is irrelevant. Every single country deserves US' help no matter where they are located in the world.
