This journal is about potential and current large moves regarding ASX (Australian) stocks.
I'm not a financial advisor, these are not stock recommendations, for entertainment purposes for those reading.

I run several algos simulataneously, that's where the info comes from, plus I have filters for ruling out much of the rubbish.

I'll suggest stocks which have caught the market's attention , but along with that I may mention I believe a short term blowoff - possibly pump and dump is in action.

My style of trading is to find quality growth contenders and attempt to hold as long as the sectors are bullish.

Some calls will be stocks I hold, others will be stocks I do not hold, I'll mention those I hold or do-not, in most instances, if not, all instances.

Just repeating, this is not to be taken as trading advice, you trade at your own risk.
I don't know how long I'll run this journal, let's see....
 
An observation; often when the ASX is having a crappy day, the crappy stocks seem to flourish.
In other words, shit floats to the top.
Pump and dumpers have a field day on market downturn days.
 
If you're looking for an opportunity on a quality stock, IPH may be worth considering.
Intellectual Property Services Asia Pacific region, good NPAT margin.
I do not hold.
Looks like a breakout of a longer term downtrend may have formed today.
(Breakout is not obvious to usual TA technicians)

CI1 gone gangbusters today, I don't like the stock, I don't hold.
Ditto IP1.
9SP as well, I once owned but no longer, I don't like the stock. Fintech, based in Auckland.

CCA gangbusters today, I hold, bought several weeks ago if I recall. (can't be bothered looking at my buy sheets atm regarding the exact date, but I hold)
 
AQS, Aquis Entertainment Ltd, up 365% today, can't understand why. No news released.
Not my type of stock.
Pump & dump? Prolly, Friday and a crap ASX day, "Lets pump some shit today shall we"?

LOL pause in trading yesterday arvo pending a further announcement. I guess only the lucky few were told of the announcement cause nothing has been made public. :D
 
DOU, Douugh is one to consider. Reasonably new IPO (Oct last year), Fintech.
A chance it will do a run in a couple of weeks time.
I currently hold and intend to add again at a later date when I'm ready.
