ASUS' super thin UX305 laptop will be a relative bargain in the US

ASUS usually do very good laptop anyway for basically any thing it's only possible. I do not get though why people really paid that much few years ago for such overpriced machines. Can you please correct me to figure it out ? They should cost less.
