SARS affected mainly Asian countries especially China and HongKong.
Eur and America were very slightly affected.

So when Covid arrived,
China and Hongkong were rather prepared.

Yeah, they literally believe when there time is up its up, so they'll literally drive into oncoming traffic with no lights on at night without caring at all, crazy culture.
