assignment notification

I had some short puts in ES end of the month expiry. This exired on 31st July. As I understand I will be assigned a furures contract for Sept.

I have not been informed by IB Futures position donot show in my a/c as well. When will I know about this. I might want to close my futures position.

Help much appreciated. Thanks

Well I have not received any exercise till now uk time 2.36 pm.Not onlt that the es positions are still listed in my a/c window. Es end of month expired 3p.m. chicago time yesterday. There are no option prices on the page as well.

Sorry I am not versed on how retail people get their assignment settlements. I would assume that as long at they were in the money you can expect to be assigned.

I have now been given futures position as expected. The a/c window still has my position listed but I think they wii disappear tomorrow.
