Assent Remote Trading problems (Anvil)

I want to find out from any Anvil remote traders if they have issues with the connection. I have a pretty decent system & high speed internet, but lately Anvil keeps freezing & the ssl.vpn does not receive data.

This happens for up to 30 secods & I have if it is not responding, I have to log out & log back into anvil/ ssl.vpn. This often happens when the market is really active.

Anyone else experiencing this. (The help desk say its from my end, but I wanted to find out if anyone else was having similar issues).
 
I have the same problem. It happened twice or three times this week. I believe it was the internet connection because the browser could not load new pages at the same time.
