On our January 2nd trader sheets (Global Client Access) from Goldman, the actual K-1 number is calculated. The hard copy K-1 does not have to be attached to the traders tax return.

Thats great Don, but we're talking about Assent. How old are you anyways? Shouldn't you be retired by now anyways? Your always in here trying to promote your firm.

(Actually, just trying to help). The 12 month lock up that some firms have has nothing to do with your trading proifts. If you make money "mark to market" you pay taxes. And, you "should" be able to draw out profits regardless of any lock up period.
