Assent Deposit

Former Assent traders.

Not concerned about losing deposit, but just wanrted to see if everybody received their deposits back from Assent. I know they have a one year lock up, but wanted to know if FINRA gave exception for early withdraw due to exit of business.

Any updates would be helpful.

Wow, that sucks that you should even be wondering if you're getting your own money back, better you than me, sorry to hear that
 
Not really wondering if I will get it back, but when?

Company is part of Sungard(owned by TPG) so I believe money should be safe. I think they were bought out for 5 bil + during the boom.
 
our office is moving on June 1.

The new traders have been told theyre getting their capital refunded at the beginning of next month.
 
Well I received my deposit just the other day and it was locked up.... so I assume they got their wavier. Other than being a bummer that Assent closed there was no real scare over here in NY. Good luck to everyone else.
