Assent broadcast message

Anyone else see this assent broadcast message saying

"All working SDOT orders prior to 10:35 will be cancelled?"

I was told this means any order that got filled but that doesn't sound right to me. Anyone clarify this for me?

All "WORKING" orders.....any orders that you have floating that are NOT filled.

Get another dot provider in your software so that doesn't happen.
