Included below is picture of an individual who used something that would perhaps be closer to an actual military style Assault Weapon. I've shown the result of his employment of that weapon as well. Dude, really? McVeigh and the bomb was a far-and-away different thing than a semi-automatic rifle with a detachable magazine.

The AR-15 is considered to be an "assault-style" weapon, and the bomb is a "destructive device".

Just because you can get ahold of a gun doesn't give you the right to shoot other people with it.

How can it be proved that poverty and poor education leads to crime? I'm sure there are a lot of poverty areas but they don't act like they do in Chicago. They kill there over drugs, ect.

I would have to see some type of proof that the Dems do not want to take guns out of the hands of everybody.
