I don't accept it as a given that she wants to do anything about it legally even though this is your second time raising that.
The testing facility owner took a cheap shot at her and Candace fired back in a way that has brought stress and bad publicity to the facility, which Candace may find to be satisfying in and of itself.
Maybe a picket line outside her facility might be fun too and some more bad publicity.
Sounds to me like the business owner caused Candace some grief and Candace very adequately punched back at "Karen." I doubt very much that Karen will be virtue signaling in this manner again anytime soon. But, as to be expected, Karen thinks she is the victim.
