If you have an individual account, you can create an additional user for yourself or another individual (via an online power of attorney arrangement). An additional user will be assigned a unique user name and password and will receive a security device. As market data subscriptions are session based, additional users will need to subscribe to and the account will be charged for any subscriptions elected. The account owner may control the access rights or permissions of any additional users.
