I can see how the Democrat party can get votes to appeal to our sense of community to try and fix societal inequalities but the more the progressives and socialists attempt wealth redistribution the more a state declines .

I could say that, historically, evil men have led to bad outcomes for others; but that offers no evidence that you are, in fact, an evil man.

Additionally, there is no nation without some form of socialism. The police departments are a socialist construct, etc. etc.

So where is the line?

Where is the point where, when a nation has enough socialism going on, we can conclude: THAT NATION IS SOCIALIST!!?

Where is the point where, when a party supports enough programs, we can conclude:
THAT PARTY IS REALLY SOCIALIST!!?

And, where can I read about this line?

And, who gets to decide where that line is drawn?

And, how did they go about making that decision?

I never said democrats were socialist that was the OP .

Like most western countries the US is mixed economy and some western countries are increasing in progressive , socialist or marxist philosophies .
