Look at it this way...Baron is the Elon Musk of ET. It is his website, his domain, and he is the ultimate judge of who stays and who goes.

As such, I have noticed that it would take an awfully-great amount of violation to warrant a permanent ban in Baron's eyes.

I do not recall earth_imperator being overly racist, critical of Baron or an advertiser that may cause them to cancel a sub, or trolling to the point of no return. I do not recall seeing every post of earth's, so I may be missing something you are seeing. But by all means, if you see a post by anyone on this site you feel is breaking the TOS (including me), just report that post, and Baron+liquid hot will flesh through it and make a decision.

As it stands now, the most you might see is earth's temporary ban from a thread, or from the site lasting a few days.

Permanent bans are hard to achieve here. You gotta' be a nasty sunovabitch to warrant it, and I do not see that in earth at this time.

P.S. I do not actively seek out to "get someone banned" by "kicking ass". That is just wrong.

But if someone attacks the community or user I believe in, I will retort my darndest and that usually exposes their underbelly to the mods so they can finally see the offending users' true colors. And if I am wrong in the end, I apologize in public. I have no ego to bruise.

@Overnight why hasn't that Hardison been Banned? Chinese citizens on a Western forum is illegal in China as far as I know. He obviously has permission from the CCP to be here, which leads to the probability he's getting CCP social credit points or is a CCP troll.
He's just posting Excel spreadsheets, nothing verified. Not posting in good faith.

Where your entire worth is rated via a CCP social credit system. Where everything you read, hear and see is controlled by the regime.

The very fact he's here may indicate he's trusted by the CCP, thus not a good person.

We love our U.S. tourists here Down Under Mon. The Weather has been a bit mildier this Summer. Hopefully that means the upcoming Cyclone (Hurricane) season in northern Australia is mild.
Trading wise, I've taken onboard your T-line system, adding in a few things I've learn from @KCalhoun and other principles and am bordering on solid system hopefully.

T-Linewise don't look at me man it's just a link. Dude out of Alaska showed it to Bigalow and he popularized it so I make no claims to something that's just laying around.
If you put in the work and it gets the job done, then it is your T-Line. For my two cents, exitwise it can make a good way to stay with a trade and get some good calm rides. Sure, there's always gonna be some mfe left but for my purposes it works fine. If it's hangin 10 far out over the t-line and a piv comes by, it can pull me out of a trade depending on time of day, the bigger picture, etc. I like KC's SQQQ and SOXL for ira trades on a 5m chart. UVXY has that funky K2 extra tax form thing here in the states so I don't mess with it.

Yep, I've read up a bit on the T-line and Stephen Bigalow. The T-line with a few other Indicators used with Indexes seems to be the go.

I'm not far from Australia Zoo, Steve Irwin's (The Crocodile Hunter) zoo. Saltwater Crocodiles are cold blooded so prefer warmer tropical climates. So you'll find most Crocodile Parks in northern Australia (Queensland, Northern Territory). If your headed towards the Gold Coast, I know that area like the back of my hand. If you're headed towards North Queensland, @themickey lives that way I believe.
